READ BEFORE STARTING THE EXAM

  • the exam is a test consisting of 20 single-choice questions
  • time to finish the test is 20 minutes
  • each correct answer is worth 1 point; thus, the maximum score is 20 points
  • the test is considered as passed with a score of minimum 15 points
  • you can take three attempts at the test. However, remember that the system will each time choose questions from a pool of 40

Passing the exam is considered as obtaining the certificate of “Crisis Consultant”

NOTE 2!: CERTIFICATES ARE SENT ONCE A MONTH (on the last day of the month).
